Vodafone launches SNOC in Pune to strengthen telecom network

Vodafone India has launched its Super Network Operations Centre (SNOC) and Super Network Experience Centre (SNEC) in Pune in order to provide better business communication solutions to its enterprise customers.

Naveen Chopra, Director, Vodafone Business Services, said, “The Vodafone Super Network Experience Centre is a unique touch point to reach out to enterprise customers. The stimulating environment of SNEC is ideal to gain a deeper understanding of the unique needs of each enterprise customer and sharing with them how Vodafone Business Services can partner with them and add value by understanding their business challenges and offer innovative solutions to help, address them from a revenue, cost and efficiency basis.”

SNEC will showcase the complete suite of total communication solutions comprising of wireline and mobility offerings and other Machine to Machine solutions. Spread over 2,500 sq.ft, SNEC would help enterprises to identify and discuss their evolving communication requirements. The Vodafone Business Service’s team of technology and industry experts accordingly develops customized solutions.

Besides, the SNOC will monitor Vodafone’s 120,000+ sites that enable network coverage across 22 circles remotely under one roof. Spread across 40,000 sq. feet with a housing capacity of 600, the SNOC is equipped with amenities such as CO2 monitoring system, specialized photo-hydro ionization (PHI) cells with modern access control, and energy efficient fixtures.

Our SNOC lets us proactively measure and improve customer experience and service quality in real time. It is also a single source of truth for the health of our network.
