NEW DELHI: Chinese handset maker Vivo has expanded its Y series of smartphones portfolio, with Y27L, Y31 and Y15S, all priced between Rs 6,000 and Rs 13,000.
Vivo Y27L is a 4G LTE enabled smartphone, which boasts a 4.7-inch HD display and runs on Android operating system with Funtouch 2.0 interface. Powered by a Quad-core Snapdragon 410 64-bit processor, Y27L features 1GB RAM and 16GB built-in storage.
The device also comes with 128GB of memory expandability and comprises Hi-Fi chipset DAC AK4375. It can play tunes with more than 105dB S/N and less than -95dB sound distortion.
Vivo Y27L packs dual SIM slots and an 8MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera. The device is powered by a 2,260 mAh battery.
Coming to the Vivo Y31, the smartphone uses Android 5.1 Lollipop with a layer of Funtouch OS 2.1 on top. The device carries a 4.7-inch 720p screen and is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6580 CPU, coupled with 1GB of RAM.
It contains a 2100mAh battery and 8GB of internal storage. The handset houses an 8MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary snapper.
Talking about Vivo Y15S, the device features a 4.5-inch 854*480 pixels IPS display with 218ppi as pixel density. It is powered by Mediatek MT6580 1.3GHz quad-core processor coupled with 1GB RAM, 8GB onboard storage and microSD card support for expansion upto 128GB.
It sports a 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front-facing camera. The device supports dual sim standby and includes connectivity options like 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and microUSB 2.0. The handset comes backed by a 1900mAh battery and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Funtouch OS out of the box. Its dimensions are 130.4 x 65.85 x 8.6 mm and weighs 130 grams.
