UST Global buys EHR specializing company Contineo Health

Digital transformation solutions provider UST Global has announced the acquisition of Contineo Health, a healthcare technology consulting firm specializing in Electronic Health Record (EHR) optimization. Contineo is recognized as a partner to over thirty major hospital systems across the United States of America.

With this acquisition, UST Global intends to develop comprehensive, end-to-end business solutions that work seamlessly across the payer and provider domains.
