Tata Docomo launches Post Pay plans with additional voice and data benefits

NEW DELHI: Telecom service provider Tata Docomo is now offering its subscribers across Uttar Pradesh (West) a new range of Post Pay plans with additional voice and data benefits at reduced prices. Subscribers can choose from 30 different Post Pay plans according to their voice usage and internet requirements. This latest offering from Tata Docomo has been designed to offer more value to its Post Pay subscribers.

The subscribers can choose Smart Post Pay plan where they will get free talk time of 600 local and STD minutes with 1 GB 3G data at a monthly rental of just Rs 299. Subscribers with higher voice requirements can choose the Ultimate Post Pay plan where they will get 3000 minutes of free local and STD talk time and can choose up to 8GB of 3G data for Rs 1549. This product will help subscribers to enjoy more talk time with higher limit for faster internet browsing.

While millennials in particular have been found to make extensive use of data services, recent reports indicate that smartphone subscriptions have continued to increase over the years. According to a latest joint study by ASSOCHAM and KPMG, India is expected to have a total of 180 million smart phones by 2019. This will contribute to 13.5 percent of the total global smart phone market as compared to 7.6 percent at present.
