Tansvision selects Amdocs for customer care, billing support

NEW DELHI: Telecom solutions provider Amdocs has bagged an order from Transvision, an Indonesian provider of direct-to-home Pay TV services, to provide customer care and billing services.

Transvision delivers a range of high-quality, multichannel products and services to a rapidly-growing customer base across Indonesia.

Amdocs will provide Transvision with a pre-integrated customer care and billing solution tailored for Pay TV operators, meeting Transvision’s core requirements of accommodating rapid customer growth while enabling a consistent customer experience and reduced costs.

“We have an aggressive expansion plan to realize our goal of becoming the leading entertainment and television service provider in Indonesia,” said Hengkie Liwanto, President at Transvision.
