Smarten Spaces names Dinesh Malkani as Founding Partner,CEO

NEW DELHI: Singapore--based Smarten Spaces said that it has appointed Dinesh Malkani as Founding Partner and worldwide CEO.

With businesses globally implementing ‘smart’ solutions across their value chain, Smarten Spaces will enable transformation of the experience in environments used by communities of people.

It is introducing globally its artificial intelligence powered platform, connecting users to things and services where they live, work and play. By digitizing services provided by the developers and enterprises, it will deliver solutions that make the user experience distinctive, increase efficiency, and optimize effectiveness.

Smarten Spaces is getting the solution conceptualized and designed in Singapore. The company also announced the establishment of its Experience Development Centre in Bengaluru, India.

As Founder and CEO of Smarten Spaces, Dinesh brings a differentiated perspective on the future evolution of organizations and industries as they adapt to the opportunities the 4th Industrial Revolution will bring. He will lead the pioneer team responsible for shaping the blueprint to design, define, develop and deploy the company’s strategy worldwide. He will also be a member of the Smarten Spaces Board.

Aamer Azeemi, an industry thought leader on work being done to build Smart Cities and Smart Infrastructure and will lead enterprise consulting and strategy enablement, building on his experience in Wipro, Omniyat Properties and Cisco

Krishanu Seal, who will lead Technology & Engineering and be responsible for creating the software platforms at Smarten Spaces to deliver next-generation solutions, leveraging his expertise from his leadership roles as Vice President of Engineering at Flipkart and in Research and Development at Yahoo, Aol and Amazon.com.

Prithvi Shergill, who will anchor talent enablement and workplace experience design, having led Human Resource and Facility Management teams in HCL Technologies and has worked to start and scale various organizations and teams at Accenture, Singapore Telecom, AT&T

The company has raised the initial funding it requires to build and go to market as it expands across additional geographies.

Dinesh, in his last assignment, was the President of Cisco India and SAARC and has held leadership roles with companies like AT&T, Avaya, Jabra across Asia Pacific.
