Ringing Bells to launch world’s cheapest Smartphone at Rs 251 in India

NEW DELHI: Noida based mobile handset maker Ringing Bells will be launching   world’s cheapest Smartphone – ‘Freedom 251’ costing Rs 251 or just about $4 in India today.

Coming to the phone, the company’s site says that it will accept booking for the phone starting 6AM tomorrow.
