Reliance Jio is offering 4 new prepaid data plans on the eve of IPL 2021. These plans come with a year of Disney+Hotstar VIP subscription, to allow users to stream live matches.
Reliance Jio's IPL 2021 Offers
Incidentally, IPL 2021 will begin tomorrow, that is, 9th April, in Chennai. The Mukesh Ambani-led telco is the only one that partners with all 8 participating teams. Therefore, to mark the occasion, the telco brings 4 new data plans to its prepaid users. All of these plans come with unlimited voice and validity up to 365 days. What's more, every one of these plans come with a year's subscription to Disney+Hotstar VIP.

Other Announcements Related to IPL 2021
Reliance Jio is also launching its live gaming initiative, called Jio Cricket Play Along. This feature will be available on the MyJio app. There is a chat box to talk with other participants, while people can also participate in trivia-based games.
Furthermore, the telco is launching a new Jio Cricket app for JioPhone. Basically, the app will provide IPL related updates for JioPhone users for free. Normally, this would happen via a VAS, but JioPhone just gets a new app for the same. The said VAS usually cost around Rs. 5 for just the score. However, Jio Cricket will have more features than that.
With this, the users also have a chance to win merchandize daily. There are multiple contests from which users can win exclusively signed cricket bats and balls, team jerseys, and more.
