NEW DELHI: Canadian-based Redknee Solutions said that it has opened its new office in Bangalore. The city is the capital of India's southern Karnataka state.

The new office features a modern work environment for 350 employees, designed on the tenets of open culture and team work. The inauguration of the Bangalore office was attended by dignitaries from customers, partners and the Canadian Embassy.

“This investment re-iterates Redknee’s long term commitment in India, and the expansion of its development center to catering to the growing market needs across the globe,” according to the company.

“Redknee’s technology and expertise in customer experience management, monetization and other subscriber management solutions supports service providers in maximizing the value of their business model, including those with partner driven revenue models and those transforming into Digital Service Providers,” it said.

“This is specifically true in the APAC market which is expected to see exponential growth of 3G and LTE services over the coming years, driven by the customer’s appetite for multi-media communication, consumption of internet content and online commerce,” said the statement.

“Strong demand in the telecommunications market is driving the expansion of the Indian BSS/OSS market, expected to reach an annual compound growth rate of 16.3% by 2020,” it added.
