Prime Minister Narendra Modi today, while speaking at the inaugural event of the Bosch Smart Campus via video message, referred to the current era as one of technology and emphasized the advantages of technology as they were seen during the Covid-19 pandemic. He also stressed the need to continue investing in technology and innovation.

The PM unveiled the new 'smart' campus of Bosch India, through a video message and congratulated Bosch India on reaching 100 years of operation in India while highlighting the event's special importance as occurring in the 75th year of the nation's Independence. Modi declared, "This smart campus will undoubtedly take lead in producing innovative products and solutions for India and the world."

He further added that the Government of India is working to bring high-speed internet to every village, in addition, he pleaded with the international community to invest in India and take advantage of the potential presented by digital and technology space.

The Prime Minister stated that India is currently one of the main economies with the highest growth, and investments in the past two years have increased. According to him, "Our start-up ecosystem is among the largest in the world because of our young population having countless opportunities, many in the tech world itself."

PM invited Bosch to consider doing even more in India on this significant occasion,he said: "Set your team's potential accomplishments for the next 25 years as goals. Bosch arrived in India as a German corporation one hundred years ago and today, it is equally as much Indian as German. It is fantastic illustration of Indian energy and German engineering. This relationship will only get stronger."
