Panasonic expands B2B product portfolio with new HD visual communication system

Panasonic India has expanded its B2B portfolio by offering its latest HD Visual Communications System. The HDVC- VC 1000SX comes with new features while also improving on the KX series from 2015.

BENGALURU: Panasonic India has expanded its B2B portfolio by offering its latest HD Visual Communications System. The HDVC- VC 1000SX comes with new features while also improving on the KX series from 2015. In this segment, Panasonic has revealed that the company currently has a market share of 3% in end Point market and by 2017 it aims to capture 8% market share in end point market and these latest efforts is to further consolidate the company’s strengthening in the division.

The HDVC-VC 1000SX’s cutting-edge built-in MCU for 10 site connection and a intranet and inter dual network to allow participants to connect inside and outside offices. To improve on their earlier models, the latest offering comes with a Fully Interoperable Legacy System with aged video conference units and dual monitors to allow better meetings as PC Content and Sub-Camera images interact more seamlessly.

The unit also comes with Point to Point Equipment H.323 & SIP which can be up to 18 Mbps and 1080p 60 Fps from day one. To reassure the buyer, the product comes with an inbuilt warranty for 3 years and the latest generation Video and Audio Codec. Finally, a single display and single network support are features that we hope will solidify the HDVC-VC 1000SX in a class of its own in the Visual Communications Systems segment.

As recognition of the HDVC systems’ distinguished performances over the years, Panasonic’s HD Video Conferencing Unit has been selected by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) for use at the Summer Olympics and the Organizing Committee of the Olympic and Paralympic Games (OCOG). Leading up to the Summer Olympics in London, 2012, the video conferencing unit was used extensively and this trend will continue at this Summer’s Olympics in Rio de Jeneiro.
