NEW DELHI: Suggestions and comments on the DoT's panel report on net neutrality are invited through discussion forum under MyGov and the last day for submitting the same is August 15, 2015.
The Department of Telecom's (DoT) panel report on net neutrality contains technical, regulatory and public policy related measures. The panel's report talks about regulating VoIP for domestic calls and this has become the crux of the whole debate.
