BENGALURU: NASDAQ-listed SaaS company, LogMeIn has introduced Bold360, a customer engagement platform that, according to the company, provides a modern, flexible way for companies to interact with customers and get a real-time 360-degree view of all touchpoints and contextual data in a single solution.

Bold360 is available from today and the pricing depends on deployment size and use case.

With today’s release, Bold360 includes:
