Huawei has started multiple initiatives to provide care, support, and ensure the wellbeing of all employees.

Huawei Helping its Employees

First, the company has set up an Emergency Team to handle all concerns of employees and provide support such as hospitalization, if needed. Also, the company has set up a dedicated portal for COVID-19 care. The company aims to make this portal a one stop solution for employees. Additionally, Huawei has opened a national support facility with medical service providers to offer medical and hospitalization support, along with doctors’ consultation.

What's more, it has also arranged an exclusive 24*7 ambulance service. This service is available to all employees and their dependents in case of emergency. With that, the company has also arranged for emergency beds with oxygen support in partnership with leading hospitals.

The telecom vendor is also preparing to build a facility to administer vaccines onsite at its Bangalore R&D Centre. The company is also planning tie-ups with hospitals across the country to better extend its support to its employees.

Furthermore, it has partnered with senior doctors and psychiatrists to conduct regular sessions to ensure mental wellness.
