Federal Bank launches bill payments through its mobile app

NEW DELHI: Kerala-based private sector bank Federal Bank has come out with enriched features on its Mobile banking platform – FedMobile. The Bank has added 300 large merchants spread across the country, thereby giving absolute comfort to the customers to pay their utility bills.

The features include facility for payment of Electricity bills, Telecom, Gas, Insurance, Mutual funds, Donations etc. In addition to this, customers can now plan and schedule their periodical payments. The improved version of FedMobile brings forth ‘a push notification feature’ wherein the customers will be receiving information from the bank on new products and offers, instantaneously. The new version also permits the customer to refer FedMobile to a friend through Email, WhatsApp, Facebook etc
