Tech Mahindra, a global provider of technology consulting and digital solutions, and Crosscall, a European technology company specialising in mission-critical mobile solutions, have announced a collaboration aimed at advancing enterprise mobility across North America. The partnership will focus on device testing and certification, joint development of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) applications, and targeted sales enablement for turnkey Business-to-Business (B2B) and enterprise solutions.

Under this collaboration, Tech Mahindra will integrate Crosscall’s intelligent devices, precision-engineered accessories, and connectivity solutions with its enterprise digital services for global clients. The partnership will also prioritise device certification and market access by leveraging Tech Mahindra’s laboratory ecosystem and carrier partnerships to support Crosscall’s entry into major US telecom networks through its collaboration with Quality One Wireless. Additionally, the two companies will co-develop intelligent applications optimised for Crosscall’s rugged devices to enhance real-time decision-making, predictive maintenance, and operational safety in demanding environments.

Manish Mangal, President and Head – Americas Communication Business at Tech Mahindra, said that the future of rugged devices depends on their ability to act as intelligent tools in challenging conditions. He added that combining Crosscall’s robust hardware with Tech Mahindra’s expertise in certification, testing, and AI-driven application development will allow enterprises and telecom operators to improve safety, efficiency, and innovation through connected ecosystems.

The joint go-to-market strategy will initially target industries such as oil and gas, manufacturing, and telecommunications, focusing on coordinated responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and streamlined sales support. Through this partnership, Tech Mahindra expands its device certification portfolio and gains a strategic technology partner with expertise in resistance engineering, user experience design, and enterprise connectivity. Crosscall, in turn, benefits from Tech Mahindra’s established enterprise relationships and managed services network, which will help accelerate its presence in North America.

Nicolas Zibell, CEO of Crosscall, said the partnership represents a significant step towards shaping the future of enterprise mobility by combining Crosscall’s rugged devices with Tech Mahindra’s digital capabilities to deliver reliable, mission-critical solutions. John Chiorando, CEO of Quality One Wireless, added that the collaboration will strengthen Crosscall’s distribution and support framework across North America.

This partnership underscores both companies’ commitment to driving AI innovation and advancing enterprise mobility across key industrial sectors. As part of the initiative, Crosscall’s technology ecosystem will be integrated with Tech Mahindra’s portfolio of solutions, including Factory 4.0, Private 5G Networks, Device Management and Orchestration, and End-to-End Managed Services.
