The initiative, launched by PM Modi this week, will provide a platform to ensure seamless flow of information between industries. This will, in turn, allow industries to work better together on major projects. Along with this, the Gati Shakti plan will also supply industries with information and guidance. Also, it will ease policymaking and remove government spending from the picture.

The industry body added that the project aligns well with the recent telecom sector reforms. COAI also added that Gati Shakti will also propel the country's economy. What's more, the telecom infrastructure of the country will see major development; it will make use of the same to deliver connectivity.
