CloudCherry is 2016 Business Today’s coolest start-up

CHENNAI: The Customer Experience Management and Feedback Software company CloudCherry has been named one of the “Coolest Start-ups of 2016” by Business Today’s annual survey.

Business Today launched the Coolest Start-ups Survey in 2007 and this survey is conducted every year. This year’s line-up of winners includes prominent start-ups like Hike, Oyo Rooms, Urban Ladder, Capital Float, Traxcn, CleverTap and Droom.

Founded by Vinod Muthukrishnan, Vijay R Lakshmanan, Prem K Viswanath and Nagendra C L, CloudCherry provides an industry-leading Omni-channel, SAAS based Customer Experience Management (CEM) platform that helps brands track, measure and improve customer experience and delight.

The company raised seed funding from IDG Ventures and The Chennai Angels in 2015. CloudCherry’s platform provides users with a measurable score for Delight, using CloudCherry Customer Delight Meter. The platform can be used to track NPS (Net Promoter Score), and give deeper insight into what’s driving a brand’s score up or down. In its journey of less than 3 years, CloudCherry’s platform has received tremendous acceptance from customers in various sectors like BFSI, Retail, e-Commerce, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Automotive, across the world, and today the company’s clientele includes leading brands like World Of Titan, HDFC Bank, Yatra.com and several others.

CloudCherry is an alumnus of the Microsoft Ventures Accelerator Programme where the company was one of the 10 start-ups selected from over 1400 entries. The company has also been selected to attend the Aditya Birla Bizlabs program which is a platform that enables innovative start-ups to gain market access and new customers to rapidly scale up by leveraging the Group’s global reach and business expertise.
