British Telecom Opens Mumbai Customer Innovation Showcase

BT Customer Center Opens in Mumbai

Mumbai: British Telecom (BT) inaugurated its new customer innovation showcase in Mumbai, today. Together with the existing facility in New Delhi, the Indian showcases provide connection to an industry leading global network of 17 similar facilities where customers can interact with industry experts and test the latest networked IT innovations.

The BT Customer Innovation Showcases provide an interactive experience which presents the latest innovations in networked IT services developed to improve the efficiency of large organizations, deliver the applications critical to their success and keep their systems secure. The Showcases enable visitors to not only hear about BT capabilities, but also to see, touch and feel them through live personalized demonstrations.

The BT Customer Innovation Showcase in Mumbai provides live demonstrations of BT One (unified communications and collaboration services), BT Connect (network services), BT Contact (customer relationship management services), BT Assure (security services) and BT Compute (data centre and cloud services) as well as specific solutions designed for the banking and financial services, healthcare and retail industries. The new facility has remote access to BT’s global community of experts through high definition video links to BT’s R&D labs in Adastral Park and to its network of innovation showcases established in Amsterdam, Beijing, Brussels, Dubai, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Johannesburg, Kuala Lumpur, London, Madrid, Milan, New Delhi, New York, Shanghai, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo.
