ASUS unveils Zenfone C at Rs 5,999

MUMBAI: Handset maker ASUS has announced its latest Zenfone series smartphone --ZC451CG at Rs 5,999.

The device is built on the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system with ASUS Zen UI. The brand new phone from the Zenfone series has a 4.5” display and a 5MP camera with PixelMaster technology and a 2100mAh removable battery providing nearly 30 hours of 3G talk time and over 10 days of standby, a statement said.

It is endowed with a dual sim and dual standby with Intel Atom CPU.

Other specifications of the ZenFone C’s include 1.2GHz Intel CloverTrail processor which is a multi-core powerhouse with quad-thread Hyper-Threading Technology. Supported by 1GB of RAM, ZenFone C’s has a 854 x 480-pixel (FWVGA) display. The device also has a LED-backlight technology.
