Asiamoney names Bharti Airtel the most outstanding company in India

In this year's poll, public businesses from 12 Asian markets received 7,653 votes. In 12 Asian markets with publicly traded enterprises, Airtel claimed to be rated first.

According to the results of the most recent Asiamoney Polls 2023, Bharti Airtel said that it has been named the best business in India across all industries and, more particularly, the telecoms services industry.

Publicly traded firms that have demonstrated excellent performance in a variety of categories, such as financial performance, the calibre of the management team, investor relations, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, are recognised in the Asiamoney Asia's Outstanding firms Poll.

Bharti Airtel claimed that its most recent distinction is nothing new, as the business has continuously been chosen as the top telecoms firm every year since 2018. Airtel added that in 2020, it was recognised as the most outstanding business overall.

In this year's poll, public businesses from 12 Asian markets received 7,653 votes. Over 1,200 fund managers, analysts, bankers, and rating organisations took part in the voting process. In 12 Asian markets with publicly traded enterprises, Airtel claimed to be rated first.

Bharti Airtel, one of India’s leading telecommunications service providers, recently announced that the company has successfully completed the minimum roll-out obligation of introducing 5G services on 26 GHz spectrum in all 22 telecom services of India, in accordance with the norms set by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT). Airtel’s 5G service is now available in over 3500 cities and towns across the country. The company has surpassed the 10 million unique customer mark on its 5G network nationally
