MUMBAI: A number of CIOs, CMOs, CDOs, Digital Strategists and Heads of Mobility came under one roof here recently at the Adobe Executive Forum to exchange ideas and views on the emerging trends in enterprise mobility and how India is performing when compared to rest of the world.
The first India edition of Adobe Executive Forum provided a platform to discover digital advantage in the mobile enterprise and offered insights into using the enterprise mobility platform to improve employee productivity, drive business transformation and customer satisfaction.
Following on from similar forums held in Sydney and Hong Kong, the forum offered an opportunity for business leaders to discuss and deliberate on future technology strategies for their respective organizations.
Shiv Putcha, Associate Director, IDC, said: “The true value of mobility comes when organizations start to ‘mobilize’ their business processes and applications, and that a ‘mobile-first’ enterprise can see tangible improvements in the way it interacts with their employees, customers and partners by raising productivity and competitive differentiation, delivering innovation and enriching customer experience.”
Umang Bedi, Managing Director – South Asia, Adobe, talked about how experience is the brand and how it is critical for businesses to think holistically in order to understand the entirety of the customer experience and that the two most important words that describe consumers expectations are ‘consistent and continuous’.
