ZTE partners with Commnet Wireless

ZTE has partnered with Commnet Wireless to help provide high speed broadband access and wireless connectivity to the largest rural network in the US. As part of the technical trial-implementation, Commnet Wireless will build an LTE network spanning parts of Arizona, New Mexico and Utah leveraging ZTE's core dual-mode CDMA/LTE platform to meet the service requirements of roaming subscribers.This cooperation between ZTE and Commnet Wireless in the CDMA/LTE market is a development in enabling faster data access and greater communication and connectivity for users based in rural parts of the country. “ZTE is committed to providing US carriers of all sizes with the right technology for successful LTE deployments. Technical-trials like this partnership with Commnet Wireless help showcase our core understanding of North American carriers and their technology requirements. As part of this deployment ZTE's technology will allow Commnet Wireless to provide record high-speed voice, video and data services via a high-speed 4G LTE network.” said Xiangyang Jiang, executive president, ZTE North America.
