Wipro Spectramind Gets COPC Certification

Wipro Spectramind, India's leading Business Process Outsourcing and Customer Interaction Service provider, 

it has received a conditional certification status from COPC, a popular certification authority in the US. The certification was provided for the Technical helpdesk processes after a three-day end to end assessment of both inbound voice and E-mail processes at Wipro Spectramind's facility in New Delhi.
