VocieGate to Provide Voice-based Services to CellOne Users

Hyderabad-based VocieGate Technologies, a BSNL franchisee offering voice-based interactive services to landline users, is now planning to extend its slew of services to CellOne users. The service to be charged at Rs 3.60/min would come into effect from next week.

BSNL Infoline-12506 is a 24-hour service that provides information about the services and products to all BSNL customers in Andhra Pradesh. The franchisee call center (VoiceGate) will provide manual assistance between 9.30 am and 8 pm on all working days. 

VoiceGate Technologies MD Syed Mohammed said that by just dialing one number (12506) CellOne users could select their required service from water bills to property tax to cricket updates. Rashtravani-1250200 is a service wherein VoiceGate has tied up with the Government of Andhra Pradesh allowing subscribers to enter their consumer ID's for water bill and property
tax enquiries. 

For cricket-lovers, ball-by-ball updates of the forthcoming Asia Cup 2004 series in Sri Lanka would be made available on 125221. Not just this, the subscribers can now get to hear cricket updates of any match being played in India.

By dialing 1255225 the customers can have access to all the public service, academic and talent search examination results. VocieGate has also tied up with Air India and customers can dial 1255226 for flight information service for Hyderabad airport. Besides this, information about the procedure of making passport applications, such as new applications, renewals, additional booklets and general information about the services offered by the respective passport offices will be provided through this service by dialing 1250244. "The users also avail various event-based services," added Mohammed.
