Tulip Telecom is all set to usher its customers with plethora of products and services that includes data center, integrated cloud services and telepresence.
Much has been said and talked by Tulip about its eco friendly data center coming up in Bangalore with an approximate investment of Rs 900 crore is finally expected to commence operations by January 2012. The proposed facility that Tulip claims to be India’s largest and world’s third largest eco-friendly data center is spread across 9 lakh square feet.
Tulip is planning to strengthen its product and services portfolio next quarter. Looking at the rapidly growing cloud market, the company is also planning to enhance is cloud portfolio by launching integrated cloud services and solutions for its customers. The USP is claimed to be a ‘one stop solution provider’ where Tulip will integrate its data center capabilities with its connectivity leadership along with its managed services portfolio giving a holistic solution to its customers.
The Company plans to launch the cloud solutions this next quarter, after its Data center launch. It does not end here. Tulip will also enter telepresence arena to give tough fight to other predominant players of the sphere. These products will cater to top 500 companies. Currently Tulip does provide limited telepresence capabilities in collaboration with Polycom. But next quarter, the company plans to go full swing in this area as well.
