TRAI Consultation Paper on ULR

TRAI has sought consultation on the unified licensing regime. It seeks the comments of various stakeholders on the: framework of unified licensing regime; entry fee; licensing terms and conditions, annual license fee, rollout obligations, interconnection, spectrum charges, numbering, sharing of infrastructure, direct interconnectivity across service areas, and resale of services. Comments of stakeholders have been invited by 30 April 2004.
