Tracmail, Webhelp, Spherenomics Merge to Form TWS Holdings

Outsourcing companies Tracmail, Webhelp and Spherenomics are combining their operations to form TWS Holdings.

Tracmail will hold a controlling stake of 55 percent in the combined entity while Webhelp will have 42 percent and Spherenomics 3 percent stake. Tracmail founder and chairman Adi cooper will serve as the chairman of the merged company.
