Telenor Myanmar announced the official opening of the company's head-quarters named "Telenor House" in Yangon.
The 13-storey Telenor House will accommodate around 600 headquarter employees and support Telenor's growing team in their efforts to deliver on the company's commitment to provide high-quality, affordable and accessible mobile communications services to people across the country.
The company plans to recruit 1,000 employees by the end of this year, including employees who will be working in regional offices and on-the-ground at local sites and facilities as the company prepares for a network roll-out to all states and regions in Myanmar within five years.
Telenor Myanmar's headquarters in Yangon will house a wide-range of facilities for employees, including the Telenor Myanmar Academy, a centre for best-in-class professional development programs for all employees.

Telenor House is located at No. 40, No. 1 Industrial Road, Yangon, and will have a total built-up area of 80,000 square feet when fully-operational in April 2014.
