Tech Mahindra is on a strategic partnership with ZTEsoft to offer solutions for telecom operators and facilitate the rationalization of legacy IT architecture, reduce time to market and enhance customer services and improve the quality.

Tech Mahindra offers telecom business consulting, systems integration and outsourcing services. ZTEsoft offers its TMF compliant, pre-integrated B/OSS suite, ZSmart. The ZSmart suite offers a complete range of pre-integrated BSS and OSS modules (CRM, Billing, Service Fulfillment and Service Assurance Management, and BI) enabling true next generation customer experience management.
