Tata Comm in deal with Kaltura for online video platform

Tata Communications has tied up with New York-based software company Kaltura to provide next generation online video and content delivery platform.

Under the partnership, the telcom firm’s next generation Content Delivery Network (CDN) will be combined with Kaltura’s leading open source online video platform to help media companies, enterprises and educational institutions to manage the entire video process, from acquisition to delivery, through a single easy-to-use
interface.

Content acquisition, transformation, publishing, billing, monetization and delivery can all be handled through one simple application interface.
