Sudhindar K Khanna joins HCL Board

HCL Technologies has announced the appointment of Sudhindar Krishan Khanna as Additional Director on the Board of HCL Technologies.

He is currently the chairman and managing director of India Equity Partners, a private equity firm .

Prior to this Khanna worked as a country managing partner of Accenture in India & the Middle East and was a lead member of the Accenture global management team. He was responsible for the startup of all major Accenture businesses in India, including consulting, ITO, BPO and KPO.

Besides, Khanna serves on the board of United Spirits, Peninsula Holdings and Canara HSBC Insurance.
