Subex launches ROCcloud for small and medium telcos

Subex has announced the launch of ROCcloud, an on-demand ROC (Revenue Operations Center) offering suited for small and medium telcos. With ROCcloud, these telcos can now enjoy the benefits of the ROC without upfront investment in infrastructure or implementation services. It runs on a monthly subscription based usage model and is available on sign-up. ROCcloud is a pre-configured service that requires minimal customization and no implementation services. Its user interface, in-built video tutorials and configuration wizards, coupled with Subex support, ensure that telcos do not need significant in-house domain expertise to operate the service.
