NEW DELHI: Aiming to further consolidate its position as a premier knowledge sharing platform among small and medium enterprises across the country, SMB Connect will kick start its third annual 'Start Manage Expand' Series across 30 Indian cities
between September–December.
During the event, industry leaders will address over 3,000 delegates on the emergence of small and medium businesses in the market place. It would focus on innovations for small and medium enterprises, the opportunities and challenges to implement innovations and simple tools for complex business issues. It will also award SMEs under various categories.
The theme for 2015 aims to focus on the solutions for the SMEs that will help in their expansion and growth. This outreach program envisages to connect with over 25,000 business owners and have face to face engagement with over 3,000 decision makers and influencers.
“It is important to enhance their knowledge through events and interactions where maximum awareness can be spread. Indian SMEs employ nearly 40% of our workforce and contribute 45% to our manufacturing output. We expect Start Manage Expand to have a successful 2015 with the renewed focus by central and state governments to support sustainable SME development,” said Sandipan Ray, Director, SMBConnect.
The 3rd Start Manage Expand 2015 will also provide an opportunity to different brands to connect with SMEs across India and showcase their new products and services on a national platform.
