24/7 Customer, engaged in voice-based inbound/outbound support and e-mail-based customer support services, launched its 300-seat single-shift contact center in Hyderabad yesterday. The center was inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Set up with the initial investment of $2 million, the new facility would be further expanded to 2,000 seats (on a three-shift basis) in the next 12-18 months depending on customer demand.
