Chennai based Servion Global solutions would launch its own Outbound dialer, an automated predictive dialer for contact centers, in a few weeks. This solution would boost of customer interaction capacity and marketing effectiveness. M Rangarajan, President and CMO, Servion Global Solutions, said, “The solution will be available with an aggressive return on investment. With this, contact centers can increase talk time, thereby enhancing productivity.”
According to global statistics, agents spend more than 35 minutes per hour trying to get to the right person. This dialer, according to the company, will give unprecedented real time control over the campaign management, target audience, marketing media and agents desktops. This outbound dialer will incorporate digital signal processors for call classification, each processing millions of instructions per second. This will enable it to detect answering machines, fax machines and no answer mode with a superior degree of accuracy. So one can decide whether to screen out intercepts and answering machines or pass those calls to an agent. Answered calls are detected and transferred in less than one second. According to a company release, Servion products and solutions handle more than 15 million voice, fax, ACD, web and email interactions per month. The company is currently operating in Banking and finance, insurance, outsourced call centres, telecom, government and transportation sectors.
