Servion, Avaya Partner In India

Avaya GlobalConnect (AGCL), and Servion Global Solutions, a
global-independent software vendor (ISV) will come together for synergies to
increase market penetration for the two companies in the BFSI and telecom
service provider markets. The AGCL and Servion collaborative effort will develop
and integrate offers by developing advanced customer care-solutions based on the
Avaya solution portfolio. The alliance is expected to account for 15% of AGCL's
business in India in the near future. The two also aim to tap the
non-traditional verticals such as transportation, logistics, pharma, and
healthcare.
