Sasken names Arif Khan as Chief HR Officer

NEW DELHI: Bangalore-based IT firm Sasken Technologies said that it has appointed Arif Khan as Chief HR Officer with effect from Friday, September 1, 2017.

Khan will be reporting to Rajiv C. Mody, Chairman, Managing Director & CEO and will be responsible for Global HR including Business HR, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Resourcing, and Policies.

Khan brings over two decades of experience and has joined Sasken from Harman Connected Services where he was heading the company’s Global Strategic Operations.

He has extensive experience in business operations and has worked with senior business leaders in Product Engineering, Strategy, Business Management, and Global Operations. Khan is passionate about building deep customer relationships and has a strong track record of bringing innovative ideas to the HR function.

His experience spans across all facets of HR from conception to fulfillment coupled with a deep understanding of underlying drivers of business. He has been part of more than 10 acquisitions of varying sizes across companies he has worked for and has demonstrated experience in smooth transitioning especially in the HR area.
