Sanjay Paswan is new MoS for Telecom, Sikdar Shifted

Sanjay Paswan, MP from Nawada in Bihar replaces Tapan Sikdar as Minister of state for Communications and Information Technology. Sumitra Mahajan, formerly with HRD ministry has also been made a minister of state in the same ministry.
