Samsung Electronics will avail CSR's aptX audio technology into its mobile devices and accessories. The innovative aptX audio technology delivers low-latency audio and high-fidelity quality stereo over wireless connections such as Bluetooth. CSR's aptX solution has already been adopted by a number of innovative consumer electronics brands as a result of its market-leading Bluetooth audio quality, and now features in a growing array of wireless speaker dock and stereo headphone products.

CSR aptX delivers outstanding stereo audio quality over Bluetooth connectivity and its full audio-frequency bandwidth matches hi-fi performance. Its low audio coding delay minimises latency effects and 'lip-sync' issues making it ideal for use in multimedia devices and it offers backward-compatibility with SBC enabled Bluetooth.
