S Tel launches service in N East

S Tel has announced the launch of its services in North Eastern state. Commencing its GSM services in 3 states i.e. Tripura, Nagaland, and Meghalaya, starting with towns including Agartala, Dimapur, Udaipur, Kumarghat, Ranir Bazar, Chumukedima, Jowai ,Nongpoh ,S Tel services would reach across 87 towns & over 26% of the population in the state by year end.

Within six months, we aim to double the size of our retailer universe i.e. above 2300 point of sales thus ensuring easy access of products anywhere across our markets of operation. To mark the occasion of launch, S Tel has announced an irresistible offer on all top-up denominations along with other product offerings exclusively for its North East customers. A 24-hrs dedicated world class customer care centre has also been established for swift resolution of customer queries wherein all calls within 10-20 seconds of the caller opting to speak with the customer care representative will be attended as benchmark practice.”
