Roamware Introduces Roaming Intelligence System

Roamware has introduced Roaming Intelligence System (RIS), providing telecom operators with a suite of network analytics services enabling insight into their roaming market opportunities on the inbound and outbound roaming revenue streams. The system also enables operators to identify coverage issues in their own network resulting in loss of roamers enabling them to address coverage gaps and plug revenue leakage. Additionally, the system provides actionable insight on traffic steering initiatives of their roaming partners, competing networks in their own territory and the effectiveness of their own steering tool in directing their roaming customers on to preferred networks.
