Research In Motion today announced the launch of BlackBerry Torch 9810 with the BlackBerry 7 Operating System (OS) in India.
Built on the popular design of the BlackBerry Torch 9800, the company claims that the new BlackBerry Torch 9810 is faster and more fluid with high performance hardware features and the new BlackBerry 7 OS delivering an enhanced multimedia experience.
It features 3.2-inch high resolution touch display, a distinctive BlackBerry keyboard that easily slides out to allow faster typing, Wikitude World Browser, 8 GB memory that is expandable up to 32 GB with a micro SD card, 1.2GHz processor, 5 MP camera and 720p HD video recording, the release said.
The new OS also enables the smartphone with voice-activated universal search with speech-to-text translation, one can search for files, email, contacts, music and more — and even search the Web.
