RIM announces the winners for best App

Research In Motion announced the winners of the 2011 Adobe Flash Platform Summit Developer Challenge for Best Flash/AIR Mobile App for BlackBerry PlayBook tablet. initiated in May 2011.

The Summit Developer Challenge was organized in alliance with Adobe Systems in order to recognize partners for developing innovative India-specific applications for the BlackBerry PlayBook.

The winners of the 2011 Adobe Flash Platform Summit Developer Challenge were each presented with a BlackBerry PlayBook tablet as well as an opportunity to participate in the 2011 BlackBerry Partners fund Developer Challenge.

Ms. Annie Mathew, Head of Alliances and Developer Relations, India, Research In Motion said on the occasion “India fosters a large pool of talented developers and the BlackBerry PlayBook provides an ideal platform for these developers to create innovative mobile apps. We are pleased with the response to the Adobe Flash Platform Developer Challenge and we thank each of the participants for their enthusiastic participation.”
