RCom launches 3G tablet at Rs 14,499

Reliance Communications has unveiled 3G tablet on Android platform for Rs 14,499.

Reliance Communications is bundling the tablet with free benefits worth Rs 6,250 to its 3G customers and users can enjoy free 3GB of 3G data for 3 months, 3 months free video calling for local and STD, free voice rental for 12 months (postpaid) along with free global calling worth Rs 250, 1 year free subscription on McAfee mobile security, 2 months free subscription of BigFlix, a free 4GB micro SD card.

The tablet comes with features such as 7 inch capacitive touch screen with Android 2.3 OS and a high speed processor of 1.4GHz. Its other features include 1024 x 600 resolution, 512 MB RAM, light weight 402g, 3.0 MP rear camera and a front camera. The Reliance 3G Tab is supported by Reliance's superior IP based 3G network across 13 circles across 333 towns in the country.
