relay, ISDN, and inter-networking, did a total business of Rs 64.7 crore, down
from Rs 76.6 crore in 2000-01. The company has strong expertise in
internetworking, broadband, telecommunications, wireless, network management,
and embedded systems, and an array of other products.

During the tough phase last year, Future Software focused on quality. Today,
it is certified with ISO 9001:2000, Software CMM Level 5 and People CMM Level 3.
On the product side, it has announced the availability of wireless access point
solution, fault tolerant IS-IS routing protocol, routing and switching software
for QNX developers, intelligent switch software solution, and enhanced IPv6
products for next-generation networks, among several other products. It also
concentrated on building its partners portfolio. With Solomon QCE, it entered
into a distribution agreement. With many activities on the protocol stack
development, it is entrenched in the latest developments. With the worst of
times being over, the company has the potential to tap in a bigger opportunity.
