Most visiting executives of companies targeting the booming Indian call centre market would tell you about the "huge" advantage that India provides. A few of them truly believe in what they say. Fewer still would go to the extent of recommending India to the existing clients in the US. Concerto Software, the leader in customer interaction management solutions in the Indian market, has gone a step further. While selling in the Indian market, it got convinced by the advantage that India offers. Its third global remote support centre, has been openmed in Mumbai. The other two centres are in the Masachusettes, US (the corporate office) and UK. "The Indian centre has five support staff and it caters to the entire APAC market. That number will go up very soon," says Mark Donovan, senior vice president, worldwide support services, for Concerto. In next few months, the Indian centre is expected to be bigger than the UK support
centre.
