Planet One buys Bangalore Labs

According to reports, Singapore-based e-business solutions group Planet One Pte Ltd has acquired Bangalore Labs, an Internet infrastructure management company. Bangalore Labs will now be a subsidiary of Planet One. Planet One operates through subsidiaries in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and United Kingdom. According to sources, Planet One was attracted towards Bangalore Labs due to its services which manage the information technology infrastructure of organizations from a remote location, and security solutions.
