One97 to open Rs 120-cr public offering on Dec 1

One97 Communications, a provider of telecommunication value added services, said that its Rs 120 crore initial public offering will open on December 1.The company provides networking solution services to 12 telecom operators in India, and one each in Afghanistan, Nigeria and Bangladesh.The issue will close on December 3 for qualified institutional bidders and for other investors on December 6.
