Nokia Siemens Networks upgrades Evolution Data Optimized (EV-DO) software to increase data capacity on CDMA. It has introduced a set of features to increase data capacity by up to 40% in loaded cells. This helps operators to economically manage greater data traffic volumes, without the need for hardware investment, but through a software upgrade.
